Ma che cazzo fai?!
Mi piace parlare! E fai dei gesti con le mie sacre mani romane. E ascolta, non è Rome, è Roma!

What do you like about Italians and Rome? Their craziness, spontaneous and vivid stories they share openly with any stranger. Well, there are no strangers anyway. Roma is full of tourists all the time, 24h a day, always.

Talkative drivers, loud and fabulous, narcissistic, egocentric, fascinating Italians. Sometimes those from Milan I don’t like or get, but as you move closer to the south- eccolo! Here there are- the real Italians.

Roma is a garden of ancient history amazingly preserved. A walk you will never have anywhere else in the world- through time. Panteon, Vittoriano, Piazza Venezia, Largo Romolo e Remo, Villa Medici, Colosseo, Villa Borghese, Fontana Trevi, Scalinata di Trinita dei Monti…are just 15% of what there is to explore.

Monumento Nazionale a Vittorio Emanuele II or in other words Vittoriano or Altare della Patria (“Altar of the Fatherland”) was the Italian first king, who is immortalized in the sculpture of this white marble architecture splendidness.

And we all know about Colosseo of Roma, a place gladiators were forced to fight in front of the bloodthirsty public just for the sake of amusement and thrilling sensations…

Do you know what happens with all those coins thrown in Fontana Di Trevi? What happens after your wishes get fulfilled? Well, officially, the collected money goes to the “Caritas” charity organization. Approximately during just one day, people throw altogether 3000 euros in here. So imagine just how much money is it in a year.

You cannot get lost in Roma. Any spot, any narrow street leads to the right place, your soul needed to experience. Such a huge number of restaurants, cafes, bars, small clothing, and accessory shops, and vineries, in the ambiance of predominant peach and yellow facades, is just what you need. Walk all the way through Tibar River, and cross to the other side where a lovely botanical garden awaits.

Roma is a way of thinking, accepting, holding back in time, meeting soul to soul, not face to face.
