Some tips that I found they could be useful for any medical clinic that includes aesthetic, dental and other procedures. This is my sole opinion based on my working experience in this field.

1. Naturally good atmosphere-many languages means different mentalities, therefore a creative sphere of individuals striving to contribute with good ideas and keep on transforming the business and working space like a team. Multinational environment means a set of different cultures, experiences, mentalities. This should be utilized in a natural way, not to be diminished. People of different nationalities should not be put to think in the box a management settles. It will build a toxic environment patients and customers will feel, too.

2. Thinking about hygienic details such as having towels washed with eco detergents, using explicitly non comedogenic, oil free products for skin in the aesthetic department plays a big role. Don’t save on these important things.
For aesthetic department could be beneficial to establish diverse set of procedures focused on fighting different skin conditions. 3. Sell the problem you solve, not the product. On advertisement there should be a focus on the issues the clinic solves. Dermatologists, Dentists, Therapists should take time in listening to a patient, to build a bond and not be charged for a consultation. Forming packages that make sense is also important, like buy 1 get 1(purchase Blackheads 3 sessions treatment solution (that includes 3 different approaches) and get a product). You can choose one day per week a Consultation free day in the field you want emphasizing that in most of the clinics the consultation is very expensive. Differentiate yourself from the competition. 4. Not being judged. Accept your whole Team’s opinion. This is called- evolving. Every 2 weeks there should be an honest, but not fake honest, really honest discussion about what is bothering whom, what should be challenged, put on test, accepted, deleted. There shouldn’t be any misunderstanding. People who are afraid should be actually pushed and even management issues should be confronted. Otherwise, there would be an misunderstanding growing, as well as neglect, loss of motivation, and loss of staff in the end. Employees will start thinking of leaving if not appreciated, listened to, being lied to. On the surface it won’t show, or you will pretend not to see it (coming).
